Within Darwin, we record all client data and manage their relationship with you across their entire lifetime - not simply in the context of a current quote or booking. In this way, a client may travel on multiple trips over a number of years, and each trip may involve a number of quotations as well as booking(s).

Throughout the business process, we record a full history of all actions completed against a client record. This of course is key to managing the customer communications - but can also be key to support issues and any disputes. The system allows emails to be sent to clients from within the system from a set of user defined email templates if you wish (as well as hand entering text), and these can include attachments (for example quote or booking documentation). These are of course recorded against the client record and can be resent from within the system.
